What does the Verified badge mean?

A professional tailor has inspected the dress in person and checked its size, measurements, and any labels present against the listing information.

Does verification confirm designer authenticity?

No. Checking a label confirms what is displayed on the dress; it does not certify the dress’s designer, brand, or authenticity.

Does verification guarantee what I will receive?

No. Verification applies only to the dress presented to the tailor at the time of inspection. Neither the tailor nor the Verified badge guarantees that the seller will send the same dress or that its condition will remain unchanged after inspection.

What is the seller responsible for?

The seller must accurately describe the dress, disclose any changes made after verification, and send the exact dress shown and described in the listing.

What if the dress I receive is different?

Keep the packaging, photograph the dress and its labels, and contact Glam Revive promptly with your order details and a description of the differences so we can review the issue.
