Shop with confidence

We've linked up with PayPal to protect your purchase for up to US$20,000.

Protection You'll Love

If your dress arrives significantly different to the seller's description, damaged, counterfeit or doesn't arrive at all, PayPal Buyer Protection can protect you for the full purchase price plus shipping costs, up to $20,000 USD per item.

Always Included

Every eligible purchase on GlamRevive is protected at no additional cost. Simply pay through PayPal, and have the dress shipped to you. If there is an issue with your dress, you may file a dispute—PayPal is already integrated into our chat system making payment easy.

Ultimate peace of mind

Although you're unlikely to experience any issues purchasing from a seller, we understand that your wedding dress is special and your purchase needs to be protected. PayPal Buyer Protection will reimburse your purchase and shipping costs if you encounter any issues, for up to US$20,000.

How does Buyer Protection work?

PayPal Buyer Protection protects your online purchases in case your item doesn't match its description, is defective, or doesn't turn up at all.

When you have agreed on a price, ask the seller to request payment in your chat conversation. We have integrated PayPal payments directly into Glam Revive as a commitment to helping create a safe and trusted community around the world.

To help protect your purchase, make sure you:

  • Pay with PayPal
  • Pay in one single payment
  • Have the dress shipped to you
  • Keep your PayPal account in good standing

How do I file a dispute?

If you notice a problem with your dress, please contact the seller through the Glam Revive messaging system within 48 hours of receiving it. Explain the issue and include relevant photos so you can work toward a solution.

If you and the seller cannot agree on a solution, eligible PayPal purchases may qualify for PayPal Purchase Protection.

To open a dispute:

  1. Sign in to your PayPal account.
  2. Open the PayPal Resolution Center.
  3. Select Report a Problem, choose the transaction, and follow the instructions.

Please note: Most local pickup transactions are not covered for “Item Not Received” claims, but may qualify for “Significantly Not as Described” claims. Eligibility and deadlines are governed by PayPal’s terms. Our request to contact the seller within 48 hours does not limit your rights under PayPal’s policies.
